Namibia: Windhoek Launches N$12-Million Streetlight Mapping Project

[Namibian] The City of Windhoek has launched a N$12-million project to digitally map and inspect its entire streetlighting network to improve public safety, reduce maintenance delays and modernise infrastructure management.
