Andy Burnham succeeds Keir Starmer as the U.K.'s 7th prime minister in 10 years

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer leaves 10 Downing Street, as his successor Andy Burnham takes office. He's the country's 7th prime minister in the tumultuous 10 years since the Brexit vote.
