Hobart prison sourcing meals from Victoria after floor fault shuts $19m kitchen

A newly built commercial kitchen at Hobart's Risdon Prison has shut just three months after officially opening due to construction faults, leaving staff to source daily meals for about 840 inmates from Victoria.
