Bystanders help rescue passengers from seaplane crash near B.C.-Wash. border

A San Juan Island EMS member says bystanders were “heroes” Thursday night when a seaplane crashed and later caught fire while making an emergency landing on the shoreline of Sucia Island near the B.C.-Washington border.
