Breaking: Magnitude-7.1 quake hits Japan, sparks tsunami warnings

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 7.1 has struck Japan's Kumamoto south-western prefecture and sparked warnings of a tsunami wave of up to 1 metre.
