Sánchez on Ceuta migrant crisis: 'It is a violation of territorial integrity'

The prime minister said "all Spain" supports residents of Ceuta and blamed the rise in irregular arrivals on a smuggling networks "misreading" of a court ruling and vowed to bolster security.
