Bleached coral's 'incredible recovery' as cyclone cools water temperature

Cyclone Alfred's slow approach to Queensland in 2025 created cooler sea temperatures that helped 90 per cent of damaged coral around Lady Elliot Island to recover. Now there's hope of a new spawning event.
