New HIV infections in Canada are rising. Advocates say years of progress is at risk

Data from the Public Health Agency of Canada said HIV infections in the country increased by 22.8 per cent. Advocates say previous momentum to eliminate HIV as a public health threat has slowed and warn about a resurgence of infections.
