Paris: nearly 100,000 sign petition against new National Assembly pavilion

Plans for a new reception pavilion at the National Assembly are facing strong opposition. A petition launched over a year ago nears 100,000 signatures after Paris Council backed changes to planning rules around the Palais-Bourbon.
