Copper Firm KME Is Said to Pick Banks for Unit’s German IPO

KME Group Spa has picked banks to help arrange a Frankfurt listing of Cunova GmbH, which could value the unit producing copper-nickel at as much as €1 billion ($1.2 billion), according to people familiar with the matter.
