Two Azerbaijani sailors killed in Black Sea tugboat drone attack

The Somali-flagged TEDY was hit near Odesa and struck twice more overnight, with two other crewmembers hospitalised with burns. Azerbaijan's foreign ministry did not attribute responsibility for the attack.
