Uganda Debates Transferring Capital as Kampala Battles Gridlock

Uganda is debating whether to shift its capital from Kampala to a largely undeveloped town about 120 kilometers (75 miles) north of the city as gridlock and difficulties in upgrading infrastructure hinder expansion.
