Estrada camp moves to block plunder arrest warrant, seeks dismissal

MANILA, Philippines — The camp of Sen. Jinggoy Estrada on Monday filed an Omnibus Motion before the Sandiganbayan seeking to stop the possible issuance of an arrest warrant in connection with the plunder case filed against him. In a statement, Estrada said his legal team submitted an Urgent Omnibus Motion Ad Cautelam, a formal request for the court to dismiss the case.
