Cuenca, Batangas warns residents as heat index may hit dangerous 48°C
LUCENA CITY — Despite the onset of the rainy season, the local government of Cuenca town in Batangas has advised residents to take precautionary measures as the heat index in the area may reach a dangerous 48 degrees Celsius on Monday, June 1. “The heat index in our town today may reach the ‘danger’ level.
