
Sandiganbayan issues arrest warrant for plunder vs Jinggoy Estrada
MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan Fifth Division on Monday issued an arrest warrant against Sen. Jinggoy Estrada for a non-bailable plunder and graft case. Aside from Estrada, ordered arrested are former Department of Works and Highways (DPWH) chief Manuel Bonoan and ex-DPWH engineering officials from the National Capital Region namely, assistant district engineer Denryl Caesar Cortuna and district engineers Manny Bulusan and Arturo Gonzales, Jr. Plunder is a non-bailable case and carries a penalty of life imprisonment.
