MANILA, Philippines – Sen. Jinggoy Estrada faces the media on Monday after the Sandiganbayan Fifth Division ordered his arrest over plunder and graft cases filed against him in connection with alleged irregularities in flood control projects. The arrest warrant was issued days after the Office of the Ombudsman filed charges against Estrada and several former Department of Public Works and Highways officials.
