Castro shares Duterte’s greeting for Madriaga on VP’s birthday

MANILA, Philippines — Palace Press Officer Claire Castro on Monday shared a video greeting by Vice President Sara Duterte for Ramil Madriaga, Duterte’s alleged bagman, on the occasion of the vice president’s birthday.
