Jinggoy Estrada says he won't seek Senate custody

MANILA, Philippines— Sen. Jinggoy Estrada on Monday announced that he would voluntarily surrender to the police, following the warrant of arrest issued by the Sandiganbayan. Estrada is facing plunder and graft charges in connection with the flood control projects scandal.
