Kalunasan buy-bust: Drug charges filed against 2 after ₱5.95M shabu haul
CEBU CITY, Philippines — Drug-related complaints were filed against a 20-year-old man and his 58-year-old alleged cohort following the seizure of ₱5.95 million worth of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Kalunasan, Cebu City. Police confiscated approximately 875 grams of suspected shabu in the operation, conducted late in the evening of Wednesday, May 27. On Monday, June 1, Police Captain Gabriel Mota said that they filed the complaints on Friday, May 29. Mota is the officer-in-charge of Guadalupe Police Station.
