Cebu City police provide security for Brigada Eskwela kickoff

CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) fanned out to maintain security during the kickoff of Brigada Eskwela 2026 on Monday, June 1, as schools began preparations for the opening of classes. The annual campaign brought together teachers, parents, students, volunteers, and other stakeholders who worked together so that learning facilities can be ready for the new school year. Brigada Eskwela is a nationwide campaign that the Department of Education (DepEd) uses to encourage volunteerism in preparing schools.
