
Estrada, Bonoan, 3 others accounted for in plunder case
MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, former Public Works and Highways Secretary Manuel Bonoan and three other individuals accused of plunder are now all accounted for on Monday, according to Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla. In a press briefing in Camp Crame, Remulla said he personally went to the Senate in Pasay City to enforce Sandiganbayan warrant to arrest Estrada.
