MANILA, Philippines — Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla said he had been given the dirty finger and was cursed at by a daughter of Sen. Jinggoy Estrada as authorities moved to arrest the latter on Monday. “There was a slight altercation between me and the daughter,” Remulla told reporters in Camp Crame after Estrada was processed at the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) headquarters there.
