
Angara leads oath-taking of nearly 1,000 promoted Caraga educators
BUTUAN CITY — Education Secretary Sonny Angara on Monday administered the oath-taking of 956 newly promoted teachers and school heads in the Caraga region, in line with the Marcos administration’s effort to address career stagnation among public school educators. The ceremony, held at Agusan National High School, covered educators from Agusan del Norte, Butuan City, Cabadbaran City, Surigao City, and Surigao del Norte. The reclassified positions include Teacher I to VII, Master Teacher I to V, and School Principal I to IV.
