After minority walkout, Senate majority skips Monday session
MANILA, Philippines — The Senate was unable to resume its session on Monday after the 13-member majority bloc skipped the plenary, days after minority senators staged a walkout. Only 11 senators – Senate Minority Leader Vicente “Tito” Sotto III, Sens.
