Comelec ‘fully prepared’ for BARMM elections

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Monday said it is already “fully prepared” for the first regular parliamentary elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). “The Comelec is fully prepared for the September 14 BARMM Parliamentary Elections,” said Comelec chair George Garcia in a chance interview with reporters.
