CEBU CITY, Philippines — A new chapter in University of Cebu basketball program officially began on Monday, June 1, as the University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue (UCLM) formally unveiled its men’s collegiate basketball team, the UCLM Webmasters, ahead of the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc.
