
PNP: Custodial protocols still in place while Bonoan in hospital
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) maintained that custodial protocols were still in place while former Public Works and Highways Secretary Manuel Bonoan remained at the hospital in Camp Crame, Quezon City. “Based on the latest assessment of the PNP Health Service, he is currently conscious, coherent, and oriented.
