Tulfo hits 'no aircon, no Wi-fi' during Senate majority bloc no-show
MANILA, Philippines — While the minority senators waited for the Monday session to start due to the absence of Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano and all the majority senators, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi were turned off, Sen.
