CEBU CITY, Philippines — Oil companies on Tuesday, June 2, implemented their latest round of big-time price rollback, which the Department of Energy (DOE) described as a positive sign that fuel costs might soon return to the pre-Iran war levels. Diesel posted the highest decrease, at nearly P10 per liter, while gasoline hovers between P3 and P4 per liter.
