
NBI files raps vs Barzaga over Senate shootout social media claims
MANILA, Philippines – National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) director Melvin Matibag on Tuesday filed an ethics complaint against Cavite Rep. Francisco “Kiko” Barzaga over a series of social media posts linked to the enforcement agency’s attempted arrest of fugitive Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa that led to a Senate shootout.
