Max Collins received congratulatory greetings after the MGI All Stars competition crowned Colombian beauty queen Vanessa Pulgarin, who bears a striking resemblance to the Filipino actress. During the coronation night last Saturday, May 30, many pageant fans pointed out the similarities of Collins and Pulgarin’s facial features.
