Angeles building collapse death toll reaches 20

ANGELES CITY — Rescuers recovered three more bodies from the rubble of the collapsed nine-story building under construction in Barangay Balibago here on Tuesday afternoon as search, rescue, and retrieval operations continued. The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said responders were initially working to gain access to a victim whose body had been located at 11:10 a.m. The operation later led to the discovery of two additional victims.
