Isabelle Bonnici Thanks Eve Borg Bonello For Her Support In Emotional Message

Isabelle Bonnici has publicly congratulated re-elected PN MP Eve Borg Bonello following her result in Malta’s general election. In a Facebook post, Bonnici described Borg Bonello’s result as “exceptional” and thanked her for the support she has shown over the years. “I would like to congratulate you on the exceptional result you achieved in this election. Congratulations, because you truly deserve it,” Bonnici wrote. She went on to thank Borg Bonello for her “continuous support” and for being by her side from the beginning of her journey, adding that vulnerable and struggling people need someone like her close to them. Bonnici also sent “a hug on behalf of my son and all the victims in the construction sector”, a reference to her long-standing activism following the death of her son Jean Paul Sofia and her advocacy on behalf of victims of construction-related tragedies.
