MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Tuesday reminded its personnel to obey traffic laws after the Land Transportation Office (LTO) summoned two police officers for riding a motorcycle without wearing helmets. “As law enforcers, it is incumbent upon all policemen to be role models in respecting even the simple rules and regulations.
