Watchdog investigates police over Bristol explosives homicide

Avon and Somerset police’s contact with Jo Shaw and ex-partner to be scrutinised after pair died in explosion on 3 May The death of a woman killed after her former partner forced his way into a house in Bristol with explosives is to be investigated by the police watchdog.
