Mayor Zamora: Let Estrada answer the charges and prove his innocence

MANILA, Philippines — San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora called on the public to respect due process and “allow legal process to take its course” as Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, a fellow San Juaneño, faces charges in connection with the flood control projects scandal.
