
College attainment in Philippines falls by 2022 after 2019 high
MANILA, Philippines — A new analysis of data from the World Bank shows that finishing college “remains an achievement reached only by a limited share of the population.” Dr. Alicor Panao, an Inquirer data scientist, said this as schools across the country were again filled with sablay, togas and medals.
