MANILA, Philippines – Metro Retail is expanding beyond major urban centers, opening a new branch in Biliran to tap growth in underserved regional markets. The Gaisano-led grocery retailer said it launched Metro Naval in the capital municipality of Naval, Biliran, marking its 83rd store nationwide and 12th outlet in Eastern Visayas.
