NBI agents nab 2 in Quezon City over alleged beauty clinic investment scam
MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested two individuals in Quezon City, who had been hiding for over a year, over their alleged involvement in a multi-million peso beauty clinic investment scam. This is the same clinic where celebrities Rufa Mae Quinto and Neri Naig were previously linked to. According to the NBI, agents from its International Operations Division apprehended the two individuals last May 28 while they were eating in a shopping mall in Fairview, Quezon City.
