Delhi hotel fire: Lookout notice issued against owner, his wife; manhunt on

A lookout circular has been issued for the owner and his wife of a Malviya Nagar hotel where a fire killed 21 people. The hotel allegedly operated at four times its capacity without fire safety clearance and with unauthorized construction.
