Kinshasa shuts down in protest against plan to reform constitution

Also, hundreds of Malawians and others in South Africa flee for their lives as groups of xenophobic locals reportedly go door to door in the Western Cape with their threats. And Senegalese fans are worried they won't make it to the football World Cup as visa applications have been systematically rejected since the end of last year.
