Lawn-mowing company forced migrant worker to pay $44k premium for job and visa
A lawn-mowing business and its sole director have been ordered to pay more than $68,000 after forcing an Indian migrant worker to pay an unlawful $44,750 premium to secure his job and work visa. The premium equated to about 12 months of wages.
