State laws provide relief, but nationwide credit card competition is the answer
The Credit Card Competition Act (CCCA) is needed to end Visa and Mastercard's monopoly on credit card swipe fees, which cost Americans an extra $1,200 per family every year, and to create competition in the credit card industry.
