Get ready to watch what happens when Andy Cohen crashes live TV.
The Bravo host made a surprise appearance on BFF Anderson Cooper's CNN show, hilariously interrupting the journalist's June 3 broadcast to wish him a happy 59th birthday.
"Happy birthday, you Gemini stud," Andy—carrying a giant bundle of balloons—remarked in a TikTok video posted by CNN as a shocked Anderson stopped mid-sentence to react to the unexpected guest. "How you doing, my man?"
The Watch What Happens Live host encouraged his longtime pal to take a break from reporting on the June 2 California primary polls, adding, "Forget about these L.A. elections. Enough! We've heard it all. My man, it's your birthday, it was mine yesterday."
Anderson, clearly tickled by the greeting, jokingly quipped in his signature dry tone, "You dressed up, wow."
Andy—who turned 58 on June 2—continued showering Anderson with compliments on his special day.
"I love your newsroom, it's gorgeous," the dad to Ben, 7, and Lucy, 4, gushed. "Blow out your cake."
After Anderson extinguished the birthday candles, Andy playfully tried wiping some white frosting on his nose before sweetly adding, "You know what I think is glorious? You."
Andy continued the celebrations on social media, sharing a photo of Anderson in a tight muscle T-shirt to his Instagram Stories that same day.
"Happy birthday to a: Great Dad, Great Journalist, Great Friend," Andy wrote, "with big strong arms."
Anderson replied, "Thanks! and happy birthday gemini twin @bravoandy."
Anderson's latest milestone comes amid a major turning point in his professional life. Last month, he bid farewell to 60 Minutes on the CBS show's season 58 finale, his final episode after 20 years as a correspondent.
During the May 17 segment, Anderson explained that handling his 60 Minutes responsibilities while also hosting Anderson Cooper 360 on CNN had simply become too much to balance.
"The whole time I've done pieces for 60 Minutes, my full-time job has been over at CNN and still is," he said. "And it's been really challenging to do the kind of work you need to do to have a great 60 Minutes piece."

Most importantly, Anderson wanted to focus more on raising his sons Wyatt, 6, and Sebastian, 4, who he coparents with ex Benjamin Maisani.
"I've got a 4-year-old and a just now 6-year-old, and I want to spend as much time with them as I can while they still want to spend time with me," Cooper said. "And those days, that clock is ticking, I think."
