Taylor Lautner's Wife Tay Lautner Shares How He’s Been Her “Saving Grace” During Pregnancy

Tay Lautner is feeling loca about her husband's support.

Two months after the influencer and Taylor Lautner announced they were expecting their first baby, she shared a glimpse into how they were navigating her pregnancy journey together.

"He's been my saving grace," Tay said of the Twilight alum in an exclusive interview with E! News at Maybelline's first-ever Mental Health Summit June 4. "He has been so helpful, running around, doing all of the things, picking up random food, filling up my water with ice 27 times a day."

"He has been just the biggest help," she continued. "It's really awesome. It's really cool to walk through this with your partner."

And like many expecting mothers, the 29-year-old—who tied the knot with Taylor in 2022—has found herself craving some very specific foods.

"I have had quite a few random little things," she admitted. "Each week it kind of changes. This week, it's Girl Scout cookies, so that's what we're sticking with."

For Tay, it was no surprise to see the 34-year-old step into their newest chapter so smoothly as they prepare to welcome their little spider monkey.

"I always say I married him because I knew he was going to be a great dad," she said. "I'm excited to see him in that role."

"Getting to watch him with kids is special," she added. "He is so kind and caring. I'm just excited to see him do that. I think he's gonna thrive."

As for how the couple will be celebrating Father's Day June 21? The same way they honored her in May.

"Probably a little something," the registered nurse shared. "We did a little something for me for Mother's Day. We said we're not expecting other people to celebrate us, but we're gonna celebrate each other before."

"He just spoiled me and got me flowers," she said of their earlier celebration. "He did all of the sweet little things."

While the model couldn't help but praise the Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl actor, she also put a spotlight on her own mom as inspiration for her next chapter.

"It's really inspiring," she added. "She's definitely one of the most hardest-working people I know, so I hope to continue that. She's always been my number one supporter."
