Amanda Batula's Hairstylist Reacts to Criticism of Summer House Star's Viral Reunion Hair
Summer is upon us, but Summer House's 2026 invite list remains up in the air.
With the fallout from Amanda Batula, West Wilson and Ciara Miller's love triangle drama currently playing out on the Bravo series' season 10 reunion, the network is addressing the one question on everyone's mind: Which cast members will return for season 11?
"I have heard reports and everything is premature," Bravo’s V.P. of Current Production Josh Brown told The Hollywood Reporter in an interview published June 4. "We’re still figuring out the cast. Anything that people are reading—we’re just not there yet."
And with filming in the Hamptons usually picking back up over Fourth of July weekend, the network is cutting it close this time around.
"We don’t make our decisions until later in June, officially," Brown added. "We’re definitely talking about casting, and we’re obviously talking about next season a lot, but no final decisions have been made yet."
However, he noted of the casting timeline, "Every week we get closer, so yes, we are closer."
Part two of the reunion—which aired June 2—saw Amanda walk off set following some harsh jabs from ex-BFF Ciara, who dated West prior to their messy 2023 breakup. Brown admitted production was worried the 34-year-old might buckle under the pressure from the confrontation.
"Anytime a cast member leaves, you think they might not come back," he shared. "It’s happened before on reunions that I’ve worked on for other series. It could always happen. You would hope that she would stay in there, because I think people want to hear from her. But it’s important for anyone’s well-being to do what’s best for them, so if she wanted to leave, that would have been okay by us."
Plus, Brown added, "She needs to take care of herself first. We care about Amanda and West, and everybody."

However, Amanda did return to face the wrath of Ciara, Amanda's estranged husband Kyle Cooke and the rest of the angry cast. And Brown gives her props for facing the music.
"You saw as well that Amanda appeared at the In the City premiere party and took pictures with the cast," he noted. "I think, despite all the tough stuff she’s going through, Amanda has always shown a lot of tenaciousness to stay in there and to stay a part of series and moments, even when it’s tough. I think it’s important to acknowledge that."
See how the drama plays out when the Summer House reunion concludes June 9 at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
