Topos is a pre-launch personal AI platform designed to aggregate fragmented information from notes, chats, calendars, files, and digital tools into a single user-controlled context layer. Built around graph-based data modeling with Neo4j, the project aims to give users persistent AI memory, improved search, decision support, and permissioned context sharing. While still early, with four active testers and a Proof of Usefulness score of 45, the team is focused on validating activation, workflow integration, and long-term user retention before scaling growth efforts.
