Hot Goss: WWE Superstar Braun Strowman knocked out ridiculous rumors in a game of "Believe it or Braun't!"
Braun Strowman knows how to eat like the monster of all monsters.
But that doesn't mean he's trying to put on the pounds. So, the former WWE wrestler had a jaw-dropping workout routine to stay lean while ordering a whole lot of food on his series Everything on the Menu With Braun Strowman.
"Some of these restaurants, we were getting up there close to those 20,000 calorie marks," Braun (real name Adam Scherr) exclusively told E! News. "In that seven and a half weeks, I dropped 9 pounds and around 3 percent body fat while doing this, so it was a ton of work going into this."
"I would fast for 24 hours before I would film," he continued, "an hour of cardio the night before, get up in the morning, an hour of cardio, my workout, then go to the first location, pig out on that, head back to the hotel, sit down for a half an hour or so, then another hour of cardio."
And it didn't stop there for the 42-year-old, either. After all, during season two—which premieres June 5 at 11 p.m. ET/PT on USA Network—he ate at 24 restaurants in 12 cities across the country with pals like WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry, rapper Killer Mike and former MLB star Mike Piazza.
"Then I'd head to the next location," Braun explained. "That's where I ate everything on the menu. Then, depending on how many cocktails we had, I'd either go back to the hotel and do cardio before I went to bed, or we'd go out and enjoy what the town had to offer after the lights go down."
The following day, he'd fly home and hit the gym once again. This time, however, there wouldn't be anything on his menu.
As for why Braun—who spent a decade across two stints in WWE, beginning in 2015—decided on such a strict workout routine?
He teased, "I'm cutting right now because I have a couple of things I got to take my clothes off for money later on in the year."
Although Braun tries an eye-popping amount of food at each restaurant, he emphasized that the sheer volume of dishes isn't the point of the series.

"Think about how many times you've gone out to eat and you're looking at the menu, like, 'That looks good,'" Braun shared, "'I can't make up my mind what I want to eat.' Well, neither can I. So I order everything on the menu."
While fans wait to see Braun dig into some mouth-watering meals, keep reading for more TV shows to keep an eye out for.
