Follow all the football action as the All Whites take on England on Sunday morning (NZT), for their second pre-World Cup men's international friendly, at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
The New Zealand squad fell 4-0 to Haiti in their first warm-up on Wednesday, with temperatures in Florida approaching 30 degrees Celsius.
"It's really tough on the body," All Whites midfielder Marko Stamenic said of the heat.
"I know a lot of us are playing in cold environments, especially the last month or two, so it's a big change for us, but I think we're doing well."
Mandatory hydration breaks have been introduced for the Football World Cup tournament, which kicks off in North America on 11 June.
It is the first time matches will pause whatever the weather for players to rehydrate at set times.
FIFA said the breaks, which will occur 22 minutes into each half, would streamline and simplify the previous rules, which required cooling breaks 30 minutes into each half, when the temperature at kickoff exceeded 31 degrees Celsius.
Kickoff against England is at 8am Sunday, NZT.
