Police are seeking help to identify several young women in relation to a serious assault incident in Auckland on the evening of Halloween, 31 October 2025.
Police said four victims were assaulted on and around a train carriage and the platform of Morningside Train Station during the incident.
An "extensive investigation" had been carried out, and two young people had been arrested in relation to the incident, police said.
But they were still working to identify some of the people present at the time.
"We are now releasing images of several young women who we believe may have information that could assist our investigation."
Anyone recognising those pictured, or who has information that could help identify them, should contact police, they said.
Information can be provided through the police 105 service with the file number 251101/2119, or anonymously via Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.
The public should not approach or attempt to identify these people directly, police said.
